GROUNDCREW

We actively recruit patriotic, enthusiastic, and caring individuals, veterans, and non-veterans alike, to help us in a variety of ways. On event day our volunteers may be assigned to help with parking/directions, welcoming, check-ins, set-up, food and beverage services, clean-up and many other support tasks. Providing specific aid and assistance directly to our blind, visually impaired and disabled veterans is also required.

If you are interested in volunteering, please submit a GROUNDCREW Application.

GROUNDCREW Age Restriction (Please be aware that due to the nature of the event we do have a minimum age restriction for volunteers. For the safety of the participants and the event, no one under the age of seventeen (17) will be considered or allowed to participate as a VIPER GROUNDCREW VOLUNTEER. This age restriction does not apply to members of youth organizations such as the Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts, who are volunteering and participating as an organization under direct adult supervision (i.e. Scoutmasters, etc.))
